Viewers of Pookalam Varavayi were in for a shock as the true mastermind at Kalapurackal is revealed. While all this time our eyes were glued to everything Sharmila and Saudamini did, someone totally unexpected was planning their next moves. Yes! It was none other than Kalapurackal Kalyani aka Abhimanyu and Harshan’s Achhamma Kunjamma. But if she was the evil mastermind all this while, what else could’ve been her doing? Let’s take a look at certain incidents that Kalyani might be responsible for.

Getting Samyuktha and Abhimanyu killed during the Kshetra Yatra

When a young assassin started following Samyuktha and Abhimanyu, we were pretty sure she was hired by Sharmila. But as it turns out, Kalyani was the one planning their death. When the face of the mastermind was revealed, we were as shocked as any of the viewers. Kalyani not only looked different but also seemed like an entirely different person. She even vowed to finish the couple, one way or another.

Deliberately making Samyuktha drink the poisoned neyy

If Kalyani could’ve hired an assassin, what’s to say she hasn’t created any hurdles for Abhimanyu and Samyuktha’s reunion in the past? Remember when she got extremely upset with Saptathi for destroying the special neyy? Well, maybe Kalyani had already poisoned the kheer, even before Saudamini even got a chance. Another chance could be, that she became evil after this incident as she herself mentioned how this incident would affect her well-being as well.

Parvathy and Yatheendran’s Teerthadanam plan

One fine day, Parvathy and Yatheendran just decided to get up and go for a teerthadanam. They didn’t even inform Abhimanyu and left very abruptly. This makes us wonder if Kalyani got them kidnapped, as she felt they could be a hurdle in her plans.

Sharmila’s sudden disappearance

Sharmila isn’t one to leave the battlefield mid-way, hence it came as a shock to many of us when she suddenly disappeared, citing another teerthadanam just like Yatheendran and Parvathy. This uncanny similarity could also be a result of Kalyani’s involvement in it. Either she got Sharmila kidnapped, or joined hands with her to achieve her motive.

Future plans of the evil Kalyani

In the upcoming promo, we saw Kalyani in her typical avatar, forewarn Saptathi of the impending future. She stated that there might be a dangerous occurrence happening in the house soon. Kalyani surely has some evil plans in her pocket to prove her words right. Maybe she will again try to kill Saptathi right at home. If she had teamed up with Sharmila, she might even try to get rid of Saptathi’s unborn child.
