Pookalam Varavayi: Will Samyuktha and Abhimanyu’s kshetra yatra bring them closer?

Sharmila and Saudamini have been trying their best to break apart Abhimanyu and Samyuktha. When that seemed to be impossible, the two tried killing the couple. In the recent episodes of Pookalam Varavayi, we witnessed Sharmila and Saudamini falling flat on their face as their plans to separate the couple failed. Now their latest plan is the kshetra yatra, which might either bring Abhimanyu and Samyuktha closer or get them out of the former’s way.

Abhimanyu and Samyuktha’s union and a trip together for the duo is something every Pookalam Varavayi fan has been waiting for, especially since Abhimanyu has started daydreaming about their romantic escapades. But this is definitely not what we had in mind.

Recently we saw the same Kaakaati who had earlier met Abhimanyu and Samyuktha individually, come to Kalapurackal. She predicted that they need to go on a kshetra yatra to get rid of all the bad omen around their relationship and marriage. And well, that was the end of it. Abhimanyu, who was an atheist also started getting worried about her predictions.

While Abhimanyu and Samyuktha were getting worried about saving their marriage, we knew this was Sharmila’s plan all along. When Abhimanyu went to great lengths to get Samyuktha the expensive saree that she sacrificed for him, we saw Sharmila and Saudamini get extremely annoyed. She then talked about making him believe how bad this match is.

And knowing Sharmila, if she believes that Abhimanyu can’t be convinced, she wouldn’t shy away from killing him either. After all, Sharmila is the one who hired James to kill Samyuktha and instructed Shruti to kill the couple by poisoning the cake. She would surely hire someone to keep an eye on the couple and kill them off at any chance they get.

Remember Saudamini’s sly smile when Abhimanyu expressed his desire to go for the kshetra yatra? That just solidified all our worst fears. But if everything goes according to Kalyani and her belief, then there is nothing that can separate Samyuktha and Abhimanyu. In fact, this trip and the near-death experience that comes with it might just end up getting them closer. Surprisingly, we might also get to witness Abhimanyu’s confession of love if he feels that Samyuktha’s life is in danger.
