In the previous episode of Prema Entha Madhuram, Subramanyam questions Anu for not asking for his permission before deciding to go to London. Influenced by Jende’s words, he asks her not to go to London and concentrate on her exams. He decides to request Arya not to take Anu to London. Padma, Ramya and Sampat are disappointed upon learning about it.

In this episode of Prema Entha Madhuram, Neel has a friendly conversation with Subramanyam. He offers to give a ride to Anu and Subramanyam, but they decline. At office, Subramanyam tells Arya that he doesn’t wish to send Anu to London, since she will miss her exams and won’t be able to complete her graduation.
Padma confronts Raghupati as the garbage isn’t cleared by the municipal corporation. Raghupati asks his neighbours to protest against the municipal corporation under Padma’s leadership. Padma is flattered as everyone calls her the leader.
Jende tells Meera why Subramanyam has come to meet Arya and reveals her plan. Meera rejoices and thanks Jende. Padma is confident that Arya will convince Subramanyam to send Anu to London. She asks her neighbours if they wish to order anything from London and takes money from them in advance.
