Sushant Singh Rajput Suicide Case: All Parties File Their Final Affidavits In Supreme Court

Today, all the parties in connection with Sushant Singh Rajput’s suicide case have filed their affidavits in the Supreme Court. Rhea Chakraborty had filed a plea stating that the case should be handled by Mumbai Police and the Bihar Police should keep out of it. However, the Supreme Court has kept her plea on hold. Reports also state that Sushant Singh Rajput’s father KK Singh on Thursday requested the Supreme Court to transfer his son’s suicide case to the CBI and direct the Mumbai Police to render all assistance to the central probe agency.

He further alleged in his written submission to Supreme Court that the Mumbai Police was not investigating the matter properly. Sushant’s father, KK Singh has also filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty in Patna for allegedly abetting the actor’s suicide.
