Swara Bhasker’s ‘Mimamsa’ To Be Based Around The Coronavirus Pandemic?

Swara Bhasker is all set to back on the screens for Mimamsa. The film will see Swara Bhasker turn a police officer once again. The movie has been making headlines for quite some time, but it is yet to make a great impact. However, close sources have confirmed something even more interesting about the film now. It looks like the film will not only deal with important issues but it will be based around a relevant topic as well. The fact that Coronavirus has eaten up all our lives will be addressed, and that is what the movie would be around. It will be a crime-thriller. But, from what we know, it’s going to approach the category with a renewed viewpoint.

Swara’s Mimamsa will be speaking about numerous pandemics which have hit the biosphere. Swine Flu, SARS, Ebola, Zika, and more recently, Coronavirus have all been such pandemics and epidemics. The movie will discuss them in brief. There is more added curiosity now to see as to how the makers would incorporate the subject in the film. What all angles will they explore? Talking about the film, Swara Bhasker said, “The experience of shooting for the movie was one of its kind as it kept me invested throughout the shoot, and I am sure that the viewers will be too when they get to watch it. This was also the first film I shot for after lockdown last year, and that makes the movie extremely special to me, and it helped me have a sense of gratitude for the work I do. Without revealing much, I am just going to say that the movie will take you on a journey that is layered, is mysterious, and thought-provoking.”

Mimamsa has been kept under wraps for the longest time. This update about it being set in pandemic times is definitely huge proof that the film is going to be a game-changer. The film has been produced by Moffy Production and co-produced by K.P production. From all angles, it promises an edge-of-the-seat drama. It will be directed by Gagan Puri. The story has been penned by Arpan Dev. Veteran superstar Bijendra Kala will also have an important pivotal role in the movie.

On the work front, Sawara Bhasker will next be seen in Jahaan Chaar Yaar. However, there are rumours that she has been secretly shooting for some other project as well, which might just jump out of the closed anytime.
