Twinkle Khanna Gives Befitting Reply To Trolls Who Shared Morphed Picture Of Her

Recently, some netizens morphed the older poster of the film Laxmmi with Twinkle Khanna’s face on it and named it ‘Twinkle Bomb’. Here is how the actor responded to netizens in a quirky way.

Bollywood actor-turned-author Twinkle Khanna is known for her witty notes on social media platforms. She was recently trolled online by some netizens on Instagram who morphed photos of her on the poster of Akshay Kumar‘s new film Laxmii. The morphed poster showed Twinkle with a blue complexion, along with a large red bindi on the forehead and it was titled ‘Twinkle Bomb’.

However, Twinkle shut them up like a true boss lady. Sharing her reaction to the morphed posters, she wrote, “The trolls are so helpful just when I was looking for the supporting image, here it is. Crop rather than repost – you will see why in my column today. One tagged this picture with a comment, ‘Third class person. You make joke about God.’ I am almost tempted to reply, ‘God clearly likes a good joke, otherwise she would not have made you.’ By the way, I think I am going with the new skin tone and bindi look this Diwali like a true-blue bombshell. click on link in bio to read more #DiwaliBombshell. For the unversed, Twinkle is a popular columnist and writes on several different topics. The actor also wrote a lengthy column in detail about how she felt on seeing her morphed poster and the role of trolls. In the article, Twinkle wrote, “Honestly, I am rather flattered because this moniker has come along at the right time for, as a middle-aged woman, I was beginning to think that my bombshell days were far behind me (sic.)”
About the film Laxmii

Laxmii stars Akshay Kumar and Kiara Advani, The horror-comedy is helmed by Raghava Lawrence. It is a remake of the 2011 Tamil film, Kanchana, which was was also directed by Raghava.
