Vaani Kapoor Expresses How Grateful She Is To Be Working With Industry Pundit Ayushmann Khurrana And Abhishek Kapoor

Vaani Kapoor is surely one of the finest actresses in the movie industry and worked really well in the short span of her career. Now, she will be seen opposite Ayushmann Khurrana in the movie titled Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui. The movie will be directed by Abhishek Kapoor who is one of the best in the business to work with. The latter has directed many great films such as Rock On!! (2008), Kai Po Che (2013), Fitoor (2016) and Kedarnath (2018).

The artists will be collaborating for the first time on a project. Vaani has expressed her excitement and says that she is very thankful and grateful for this wonderful opportunity. She has admired Ayushman and Abhishek’s work since the beginning of her career and now working with them is like ticking a box on her wish list.

The actress who has been associated with Bollywood’s renowned production house since her debut, and has been a part of their films like Shuddh Desi Romance (2013), Befikre (2016) and War (2019) is happy to have been doing work outside of the production house too, in the recent times, with movies like Bell Bottom.

Vaani was last seen in BellBottom alongside Akshay Kumar. BellBottom, starring Akshay Kumar in the lead role, marks Vaani’s first film in the last two years after War. Although her role in the movie was very brief, she was very happy and satisfied with her role. She mentioned that her role was not just a trophy wife but her character had its own substance too.

On the professional front, Vaani’s period action drama Shamshera will finally release on March 18 next year. Yash Raj films announced its theatrical date today. The film directed by Karan Malhotra also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt. The actress is set to have a busy 2022.
