5 Similarities We Spotted Between Aggabai Sunbai’s Anurag And Yeu Kashi Tashi Me Nandayla’s Omkar

In Aggabai Sunbai, it has only been a while since Anurag’s character has been introduced on the show. However, he has already managed to secure a place in our hearts with his good nature and positive attitude. He, in many ways, reminds us of Yeu Kashi Tashi Me Nandayla’s Omkar. Do you agree? Both these characters are our favourites and we adore them a lot. On that note, let us take a look at five similarities we have spotted between Anurag and Omkar so far.

Family-oriented people

They are both family-oriented people and it’s quite evident. They not only love their own families but have a soft corner for Sweetu and Shubhra’s families as well. Omkar considers Sweetu’s mother as his Maushi and treats Chinya like his own brother. Anurag, on the other hand, shares a great rapport with Shubhra’s son Shubham as well as Ajoba!

Value people over money

Both Anurag and Omkar are staunch men who value relationships over money. Despite being filthy rich, Omkar has time and again proven he cares more about people than money. Anurag too shares a similar ideology and he proved it when he refused Soham’s bribe in order to protect land for other people.

3. Knight in Shining Armour

When Sweetu was getting harassed or was left stranded in a shady place, Omkar managed to rescue her in time. He is always there to protect her! Similarly, Anurag is also always there to save Shubhra ever since he entered the show. He has stopped her from committing suicide and he has been there to help her with Shubham when Soham was not.

4. Character judgement

They are both quite intuitive and have a spot-on character judgement. Before anyone else, Omkar knew that the guy Sweetu was going to marry was a fraud. He also knows Mohit is not right for Sweetu and has some ulterior motive. No one is able to see past Mohit’s facade other than Omkar. Similarly, Anurag knew Soham is a greedy and arrogant man only after meeting him once. Even his own mother does not know this side of Soham but Anurag does!

5. Positive vibes

They are both cheerful and optimistic people, with a zest for life. Wherever they go, they spread happiness and positivity. They manage to turn very serious situations into joyous ones, and always carry a positive attitude. Their colourful personalities are quite similar and we love that about them!
