Alia Bhatt has a humongous fan-following, thanks to her on-screen performances and her off-screen charisma. She is known to speak her heart out and also opines her views on several on-going affairs. If you take a peek into her social media pages, you will know that Alia is quite a fitness freak as well and doesn’t fail to hit the gym. Recently, in a live session, Bhatt revealed some easy tips to remain fit and also talked about the importance of water consumption as many of us are all the time eating at inappropriate timings.

In the video, Alia Bhatt first quipped that she is meant to eat a lot of food and added that she was born with the purpose of eating everything. However, after a point in her life she wasn’t allowed to eat everything, she said. “I have to choose what I have to eat,” Alia remarked. Speaking about water consumption, Alia continued, “Most of the times we think we’re hungry, but we’re not, we’re just dehydrated. Because we don’t drink enough water. So if you’re hungry, don’t eat, just drink water. Include your two-three meals and then after that, there’s no need to eat more.” Alia jokingly said that people are constantly eating and that’s not how it’s supposed to be.
Alia had once dropped a video from her gym and had penned down in detail about how she likes her fitness routine to be. Alia mentioned that shooting nights can be very tiring for the body cause of the way it messes with people’s natural body clock. She added, “I woke up today feeling so so exhausted. But after monkeying around and doing some intense pilates, my energy level just shot up. The mind and body coordination during a pilates workout is like meditation for me.” The Raazi actor wrote that everything can go totally off if people miss even one beat of focus.
On the work front, Alia is awaiting the release of her movie, Brahmastra, helmed by Ayan Mukerji, opposite boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor. She also has other movies like Takht and RRR in the pipeline.
