On June 14, 2020, the news of the untimely death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput left the entire nation in a state of shock. Now, the death of the star has marked six months on Monday, December 14, and his entire family along with fans who call themselves ‘SSRians’ are mourning the loss of the Kedarnath actor. On the emotional occasion, sister Shweta Singh Kirti expressed her feeling by penning down an emotional message and taking an oath to gain justice in the SSR death probe.
After Shweta Singh’s oath numerous fans online, went on to follow her and shared tremendous videos of them taking an oath for SSR to procure justice. The movement spread like wildfire online as even international fans were seen joining it. Thousands of videos from fans all-round the world surfaced on Twitter with the #Oath4SSR. Demanding justice in the SSR death probe, fans pledged that they will support the social media movement until the whole truth is revealed.
Sister Shweta Singh initiated the effort by writing, “I pledge to fight for justice until we know the whole truth. May God guide us and show us the way. #Oath4SSR”. The Rajput family has been going through a tumultuous wave of emotions as SSR’s death marked 6 months only a day after the entire family commemorated the death anniversary of the actor’s mother. The family mourned both the losses and Shweta Singh, to honour her mother, wrote an emotional note on social media.

“On this fateful day 18 years back we lost you Mom, you left a hole that nothing in the world can fill. But in our memories you come alive and shower us with unfathomable love and tenderness. Your pulsating presence is felt..and oh so deeply! We will ever be so grateful to the Almighty that showed us how God will look in human form. Love you Maa. Wish we could all gather together in the nest you built, be a child again feeling protected under your Anchal. A pain so precious so close tat I wouldn’t trade the world for it!!

The entire family of Sushant Singh Rajput and fans have joined several movements in order to seek justice. Three prolific agencies of India, the CBI, ED and NCB are investigating the SSR death probe after the actor’s dead body was found at his Bandra residence. Although several reports claim that the actor’s death was due to suicide, however, CBI investigation is yet going on and the family of the star and fans are eagerly waiting for the agency’s verdict on the case.
