Ayushmann Khurrana Reveals He Is Keen To Work With More Young Filmmakers

Ayushmann Khurrana has become one of the most established actors of Bollywood. Through his script choices, his poetic opinions to his on-screen performances, the actor has impressed the masses. Ayushmann had essayed many challenging and experimental roles in Bollywood. And to stick to his trademark, the actor recently revealed that he is always keen to work with new storytellers. The actor stated he’s “gravitated” towards interesting content and young filmmakers always come up with some “high-risk content” decisions.
In a recent interview, Ayushmann revealed he loves to work with young directors. Citing the reasons for the same, the actor was quoted saying, “Young, first-time filmmakers are looking to make a mark in the industry and they are always coming up with high-risk content decisions, which appeals to me a lot because I have always gravitated towards being super risky with my film and character choices.”
The actor also adds that we need to be “bold” with our approach towards cinema as the audience is exposed to worldwide content. Ayushmann admires the young filmmakers for “expressing their views and opinions freely”. The actor also highlighted the fact that he’s always interested in working with such creative filmmakers and “massive risk-takers”.
Talking about his upcoming projects, the actor revealed that he is yet again working with a first-time filmmaker Anubhuti Kashyap. The film is titled ‘Doctor G’ and nothing about the project is out yet. For those unaware, Ayushmann had earlier worked with debutant filmmakers like Hitesh Kewalya, Sharat Kataria, RS Prasanna, and many more.
On the work front, the actor is prepping for his next Doctor G.
