Ayushmann Khurrana Shares His First Look From Upcoming Film Doctor G

After Bareilly Ki Barfi and Badhai Ho, Ayushmann Khurrana has collaborated with Junglee Pictures for a third project titled Doctor G. The film was announced last year in December and features Rakul Preet Singh in the lead as well. Ayushmann Khurrana and Rakul Preet Singh will be seen sharing screen space for the first time in a film. Helmed by Anubhuti Kashyap the campus comedy has already gone on floors. Ayushmann recently shared his first look from the film on social media and it’s going viral.

“Doctor G taiyyar ho kar nikle hain. Ab hogi shooting!” Ayushmann wrote while sharing his first look. In the photo, he can be seen wearing a white coat over his shirt. He is also wearing rimmed spectacles while holding a book on gynaecology in his hands.

Last week, he shared a picture from the first day of Doctor G’s shoot. “Day 1 #DoctorG. This is the third film I’ll be shooting in the pandemic. But summers will be tough. One of the best scripts I’ve ever read. Too excited to collaborate with @anubhuti_k @jungleepictures @rakulpreet @shefalishahofficial…” he said.

Fans and celebrities took to the comment section to wish the actor luck for his film. “Goooodest luck cutes”, wrote Kubbra Sait. “Shine on star! ❤️” wrote Ritabhari Chakraborty. “Waah!! Looking forward to this one 😍 Love the look!” wrote singer Harshdeep Kaur whereas Shama Sikander wrote, “Doctor jiii Mubarak hooo party to badhti hi ja raha hain ab 🥂 😃.”

On the work front, he is also slated to feature in Abhishek Kapoor’s next film Chandigarh Kare Aashiqui which features actress Vaani Kapoor in a lead role as well.
