Ennaka teriayaama yaaravadhu oora kulla vandhanga, avalo dhaan solte – LockUp

The dialogue translates to: If anyone comes to my house without my knowledge, I wouldn’t spare you. This dialogue was very crucial in establishing his temper and his mentality. This was also the scene where we were introduced to Vani Bhojan’s character as he said this to her!

Makkale, kudi makkale, oru quarter ku anja rupayi extra vanguna , appo ayyada ku naapadu quarter yevalo aache?  -Taana 

This hilarious dialogue translates to ‘My dear people if you pay 5 rupees for every quarter, how much would you end up paying in a year?’ This dialogue will get you cracking up every single time that you watch the scene and is proof of his comic abilities!

Idhu oru phone, idhuku oru charger! – LockUp

One of the few light moments in the movie, was when Vaibhav said ‘This is a phone and this has a charger” in a sarcastic way as he mumbled to himself, while obeying his superiors!

Na police aavabodu, nee department la irakkamatte – Taana 

One heroic moment that Vaibhav had was when he told the villain, “You won’t be in the department once I become an officer.” Vaibhav’s fans love this dialogue and rightly so!

En nalla idha konja ninja nerame nambi, adhu pinnala pogamudiyumilla -LockUp

This powerful dialogue means, “I cannot trust the little good, and go behind it.” When in context, this is a deep dialogue that hits home as he expresses how there is very little goodness in the world and you have to be a little selfish.

Oru tappu nadakudinna, Police vandha dhaan andha tadhukunnu anu, selfish aa selfie eddikamma, nangallu edhavadhu udhavi seyva -Taana

When translated it means, “When something goes wrong, don’t stand there selfishly waiting for the police while taking selfies.” While we know this, we fail to implement it in our daily lives and this reminder does wonders for the audience!
