Based on the true story of Major Deependra Singh Sengar, the new series Jeet Ki Zid releases on January 22, on ZEE5. It is the story about a Major from the Indian Army, who gets severely injured and becomes wheelchair-bound after an attack. Despite being in that state, the officer does not give up on his dreams and stays persistent to be in action in the Army. Amit Sadh stars as the Major in Jeet Ki Zid and his training shots from the trailer are giving us some serious fitness goals.
Amit Sadh is playing the role of Major Deep Singh Sengar and his senior-cum-trainer in the film is played by Sushant Singh. While the trailer talks about the major’s story, his love life, and his days in the management institute, the part that has been on our minds is a rather different one. The trailer shows the Major and his fellow soldiers’ training for the military and it is exhilarating.
There are scenes where we see Amit Sadh boxing, swimming, running behind a jeep, and training with gym instruments in the earlier part of the trailer. After spending months inside our home, without access to gyms or outdoor workouts, this trailer gave us some motivation to begin out workout regime.
The latter part of the trailer shows some even more intense training. Amit Sadh can be seen hitting squats with a huge tyre and doing pushups with his hands in a river. Now that is something that gave us an adrenaline rush!

Amit Sadh has certainly gone through some extremely intense training for his role in Jeet Ki Zid. His stance and his build are exhibiting pure energy and display his dedication towards this role. Oh, and also they will definitely rev you up to hit the gym again!
