Hina Khan Calls Her Baarish Ban Jaana Co-Star, Shaheer Sheikh A ‘Fancy Kashmiri’, Read On To Know Why

The ravishing Hina Khan who is now regarded as the undisputed music video queen by many recently paired up with the heartthrob of Indian television, Shaheer Sheikh for a romantic music video titled, Baarish Ban Jaana. The song has been trending ever since its release and is still trending in the 3rd position on YouTube. It has also crossed 76 million views and 1.4 million likes on the platform. Let’s take a look at what the romantic leads of this song had to say about their collaboration in a recent interview.

When asked why Hina Khan has been doing a lot of music videos lately, the diva gave a simple reply, “Corona”. She then explained that it’s easier to shoot for two-three days and come back to the safety of your home than to go for long schedules. Later praising the duo’s chemistry, Shaheer was asked if he’s bringing the same romance from TV to music videos now. While the actor blushed, his co-actor came to the rescue and said that “it’s all in him”. To this Shaheer then added that he takes it wherever he goes.

This is the first collaboration between Hina Khan and Shaheer Sheikh. Commenting on that the duo was asked about their experience of working with each other in the valleys of Kashmir, especially since they’re both from J&K. To this Shaheer claimed that he had an amazing experience visiting Kashmir with a Kashmiri girl i.e. Hina. While Hina pulled his leg for being a “fancy Kashmiri”, Shaheer clarified that he’s from Jammu and thus didn’t know much about Kashmir.

The couple’s chemistry is remarkable in Baarish Ban Jaana. When asked about that, the leading lady said that the interaction and the whole experience was very “fresh” which is what reflected in the video. Adding to that Shaheer said that their chemistry was “natural, smooth and effortless”.
