Kajal Aggarwal Travels Back In Time When Hubby Got A Private Viewing Of Her Madame Tussauds Wax Statue Before Its Launch

On February last year, actress Kajal Aggarwal joined the list of celebrities to get a wax statue at the world renowned Madame Tussauds museum in Singapore. With the statue being unveiled, she became the first South-Indian actress to get a wax statue at the Madame Tussauds museum. Now, surprising her fans with an interesting trivia, the actress has revealed that her husband Gautham Kitchlu got a private viewing before the statue was unveiled for the public.

Taking to Instagram, Kajal shared a throwback picture of herself with husband Gautham Kitchlu posing with her wax statue. The Mersal actress took the opportunity to show how much the newlyweds love each other by reminiscing the time when Gautham flew down to Singapore for a couple of hours on the eve of the stature’s unveiling, to see it before the world.

Sharing the picture, Kajal Aggarwal wrote, “#throwback to @mtssingapore wax statue launch a year ago❤️ @kitchlug got a private viewing before she was launched to the whole world, he flew into Singapore for a couple of hours on the 4th, just so that he could be there for my big moment 😍😘 and had to reach Germany for his work commitment on the 5th morning. p.s- who knew the pandemic would become such a life-altering / threatening event back then! #timeflies p.s.s- I love how he’s got eyes only for me.”

Other Indian celebrities who have their statues installed at the museum includes actors Shah Rukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Anushka Sharma and Sridevi.

The couple had created a buzz on the internet when they decided to tie the know earlier in October last year. The Kajal-Gautham wedding was a big celebration and the actress kept her fans updated by sharing pictures and videos of the event. The couple’s photos from their honeymoon in Maldives had also gone viral. On the work front, Kajal Aggarwal is expected to be next in Kamal Haasan’s Indian 2. Being an action-oriented film, she is rumoured to be learning martial arts.
