In this episode, Nithya tells Swaroopa that Abhi and Divya were in the same temple and Chandrika, Prasad were hiding something from her. Swaroopa gets excited to meet the kids and leaves Nithya alone to find them. Janaki meets her kids and Abhi asks her to leave the temple at the earliest since people were questioning them. Janaki tells him to calm down and suggests that they can do that after the dhwajasthambam pooja. She also remembers her involvement when the dhwajasthambam was being erected. Illayaraja talks to Nithya and compliments the ease with which she changes her body language. Unaware of Illayaraja’s context, Nithya tells him that she is behaving like Manga because that’s how Jai likes her to be. Divya gets annoyed at Abhi for trying to hide their observations and decides to tell Janaki everything. Illayaraja’s men inform him about the arrival and sudden exit of Jai’s car. He tells them to take things easy and rushes outside. Swaroopa meets Jeji and Kalpana, and informs them that the kids were in the same temple. The ladies assume Abhi and Divya to be the bigger surprise than Jai’s arrival.

Challammayya Shastri tells the Suryadevara family to gather for the dhwajasthambam pooja. Kalpana catches Prasad and Chandrika being paranoid about the pooja, but they do not reveal anything. Everyone heads towards the dhwajasthambam and Swami Ji commences the pooja. He also asks Janaki to step forward and apply the vermillion and turmeric to the dhwajasthambam.
