Kartik Aaryan Out Of Red Chillies Entertainment’s Goodbye Freddy; Here Is What Went Wrong

Bollywood actor Kartik Aaryan recently landed into fresh trouble as he opted out of the film Goodbye Freddy, which is being made by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment. There have been various rumours floating around regarding Kartik’s exit from the film and most reports suggest that the decision was made due to creative differences. Kartik Aaryan had reportedly taken a signing amount of two crores which will be returned to the makers in a few days. The exact reason for the differences between Kartik Aaryan and director Ajay Bahl is still unknown. Kartik Aaryan had previously opted out of Dostana 2, after which Dharma Productions banned him from their future projects as well.

Actor Kartik Aaryan had signed the film Goodbye Freddy a few days back and the film was expected to kick off in the next few days, once the lockdown ends. Some of the sources suggest that Kartik Aaryan himself walked out of the project as the one-line narration done for him, had nothing to do with the final script of Goodbye Freddy. He will also reportedly return the money which was paid to him at the time of signing.

A few other reports suggest that SRK himself removed Kartik Aaryan from the project due to his unpleasant reaction to the script. According to this narrative, Kartik Aaryan had already read the entire script but was now demanding changes. SRK reportedly did not like his attitude and was thankful that a huge amount had not been spent on him so far, since the film is in the initial stage. The film Goodbye Freddy will be directed by Ajay Bahl and will star actor Katrina Kaif in the lead role.

Previously, Kartik Aaryan was in the news when he walked out of Dostana 2, inviting a complete ban from Dharma Production films. He was reportedly unhappy with the script and hence took the decision. Dharma Productions refused to release details about it but also called the actor’s moves unprofessional.
