Fans on the internet cannot stop raving about the love-birds that Deva and Parvathi of Muddha Mandaram were. In spite of the many problems, the couple had a steady and happy relationship. Deva and Parvathi, played by Pawan Sai and Thanuja Gowda, truly taught us a lesson or two on how we could improve things in our relationships too. Today, let’s talk about some things that we can take away from them to keep our relationships going steady.

Trust each other more than others
Deva and Parvathi loved each other and got married without informing others. This, of course, did not please their friends and families and many a time, people tried to tear them apart. But the couple knew better than giving in to the pressure and falling for other people’s words.
Patience is the key
When Parvathi lost her memory, she wanted to get away from the Ghattammaneni’s. But Deva knew that she could at least remember the feelings they shared, if not the memories they made. And after a long and tiring wait, he managed to win his wife again.
Never leave each other’s side
In the years that we saw Deva and Parvathi, they swung through many highs and lows of life. When Deva could handle things on his own, Parvathi insisted on tagging along. And when Parvathi found herself trying to fix something, Deva was always there to extend his helping hand.
Expressing love and affection
Neither Parvathi nor Deva were expressive people. But they always expressed their feelings for each other in small ways. Like caressing Parvathi after a long day was Deva’s way of showing his love, while Parvathi tried to make his everyday life easier. As they say, it’s the little things that count.
Aim to improve
Deva was a man who was loved and looked up by everyone. Parvathi was a person who pleased people with her good qualities. Despite being nice people, the two aimed to improve themselves to be better for each other. They found opportunities to learn something new, not only for themselves, but also to make their partner happy.
Steady relationships only remain steady when two people put in extra effort. Do you agree with us? Let us know in the comments section below. Watch all the episodes of Muddha Mandaram on ZEE5, and read about it here.
