Recently it was reported that Salman Khan’s Lawyer and Varun Dhawan’s driver passed away. Now it has come into learning that Arun Verma, an actor, and poet who featured with Salman Khan in movies like Kick and Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, died on Thursday (January 20) in Bhopal. Amit Verma, his nephew, verified the news to a leading daily.
According to Amit, who spoke to the publication, “Arun Ji, who was hospitalized to Peoples Hospital in Bhopal, died at 2 a.m. in the night. He had a blockage in his skull, and all of his systems, including his lungs, gradually deteriorated, until he died of kidney failure.
Arun Verma died at the age of 62. His parents and three siblings survive him. His funeral was held at about 4 p.m. on January 20th, and it was attended by his family and close friends. Arun Verma just wrapped filming for Kangana Ranaut’s filmmaking venture which will be his final outing on the big screen, according to the reports. He made his acting debut in Sunny Deol’s Dacait (1987) and has since appeared in films such as Nayak (2000), Prem Granth, Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, Khalnayak, and Heropanti.
For the unversed Salman Khan is currently gearing up for the shooting of the third installment of the Tiger franchise. Recently it was stated that the filming has been put under a halt owing to the Covid 19 restrictions in the capital. The film will also feature Emraan Hashmi and Katrina Kaif in key roles. Salman Khan will also play a cameo role in the film Pathan and will share screen space with Shah Rukh Khan. Lately, Salman made his big-screen appearance in the film Antim: The Final Truth. He played a cop in the film and it received rave reviews from the audience.
