Sidharth Shukla Wins Best Actor Award Posthumously For His Performance In A Digital Show; Ekta Kapoor Gets Emotional

The industry went into utmost shock after the sudden demise of actor Sidharth Shukla. Bigg Boss 15 winner garnered a lot of fan following for his strong personality in Bigg Boss 15 and the cute bond that he shared with his rumoured girlfriend Shehnaaz Gill. However, fans weren’t able to control their happiness as he announced his digital debut on the most popular romantic digital show for a leading daily.

As per the online reports, Sidharth Shukla has been awarded ‘Popular Actor (Male) in digital show’ by SCREENXX. For those who don’t know, the show is about a man stuck between love and everything that comes with his character Agastya Rao. It was the third season of the most popular franchise of a leading digital Platform. Fans were amazed to see Sidharth in such an outstanding character. Remembering the late actor, Ekta Kapoor took to her Instagram handle and shared an emotional video of the leading cast- Sidharth and Sonal Rathee.

While Balika Vadhu made him one of the household names, this talented actor also emerged as the winners of reality shows like Bigg Boss and Khatron Ke Khiladi. Shukla also acted in daily soaps as Dil Se Dil Tak. He made his Bollywood debut in 2014 in Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania with Alia Bhatt and Varun Sharma. He also participated as a ‘senior’ member in Bigg Boss 14. He breathed his last on September 2 at the Cooper Hospital, after suffering a massive heart attack where the entire world went numb over the demise of such a talented actor.
