The Sarna family are at the hospital where Twinkle is admitted. Usha expresses her grief before her husband as she asks him the reason behind Kunj's concern towards Twinkle's family. Leela, who was hearing this, claims that Kunj respects her and Twinkle and this is the reason, he is showing so much concern towards her. On the other hand, Yuvraj is at the same hospital trying to work his dirty deeds out. Kunj is seen designing the 'Challi' with threads which Yuvraj exchanges with the one containing glass pieces. When Kunj starts to design the 'Challi', the sharp thread cuts his fingers and he starts bleeding. Yuvraj on the other hand, enjoys the scene.
