Until then, the duo sets out on an adventure, ticking off things from their bucket list. Akash realises he loves her but he gets to know that Kiara is still in love with her ex-boyfriend Kunal. English Vinglish

Sridevi (Shashi ) essays the role of an Indian housewife and mother in English Vinglish. She is taken for granted by her family and is often ridiculed for not being able to speak English. When she moves to New York for a week, she enrols herself in English classes and forms a close friendship with Laurent. They speak in their native languages to express their feelings. There is an under tide of love between the two. When Laurent tries to kiss her, she moves away. In the end, she prioritises her family over others.

Devdas

Childhood friends Devdas and Paro form an unlikely friendship. As they belong to a different classes of society, they could never explicitly confess their love for each other. When Paro gets married to a wealthy zamindar, Devdas is heartbroken and takes to alcoholism. It is then that he meets Chandramukhi, who is a courtesan. She gets immediately besotted by Devdas and he, by her beauty, but this love story was also not meant to be. Till date, Devdas is regarded as a classic tale of unrequited love.
