83 Box-office Collection Day 22: Ranveer Singh’s Sports Flick Mints Decent Amount At Ticket Window

The film 83 gave a chance to Bollywood’s power couple, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone to work together after their wedding. The film directed by Kabir Khan was a fantastic presentation of India’s victory at the final cricket match that was held in the year 1983. The Indian cricket team’s victory in the World Cup match was one of the glorious moments in the history of India. And everything about the team, the match and the victory can be seen in the film 83.

The cricket based film was released in theaters worldwide on December 24, 2021. Now, it’s been 22 days that the film has been released in theaters and finally, 83 is achieving all the benchmarks. On its 22th day 22 of release, the film has collected Rs 0.72 crore. After accumulating this much amount to its bank, the total collection of the film becomes Rs 184.11 crore.

It was by the end of the second week that the film 83 entered the Rs 100 crore club. Indeed, the film struggled at the box-office right from the beginning, but later with time, the slow growth of 83 can be seen. But, anyhow, now it’s a sigh of relief for the makers of the film that slowly but steadily the film is growing and each day digits are adding to the grand total of the film.

The film was made available in multiple languages and not only in Hindi. 83 was also released in theaters worldwide in other languages like Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. Making the experience of the viewers more fascinating, the makers made available the film in 3D format too.

83 is the film that saw the victory of the Indian cricket team for yet another time in front of our eyes. Other than Ranveer and Deepika, the film also stars Tahir Raj Bhasin, Saqib Saleem, Chirag Patil, Pankaj Tripathi and others in the pivotal roles.
