Spotted: Deepika Padukone Travels To Alibaug For Shooting As She Gets Papped At Gateway Of India

Deepika Padukone is currently gearing up for her upcoming untitled film helmed by Shakun Batra. This untitled film also features new-age star Siddhant Chaturvedi. From the last couple of days, Deepika Padukone and Siddant Chaturvedi are filming the Shakun Batra’s untitled film in Alibag. Recently, Deepika Padukone was spotted at Gateway of India, on her way to aboard the boat travelling to her movie set in Alibag. Read ahead for more details.

Deepika Padukone was spotted with her team outside the Taj Hotel at Gateway of India. She was crossing the path towards the dock. However, the actor’s team didn’t seem happy with paparazzi’s presence at the location. Deepika looks completely candid in her co-ord outfit. She sported black and black joggers and sweatshirt attire for her travel look. She also wore a pair of white sports shoes to go on with her casual look. Following the coronavirus safety measures, Padukone donned a black mask. She had hair tied in a messy bun.

A couple of days ago, Siddhant Chaturvedi was also spotted with Deepika. The pair was travelling to Alibaug by boat for completing their film’s shooting. The Gully Boy actor gave a glimpse of their water journey from Gateway of India to Alibag. Siddhant took to his Instagram handle and shared a series of pictures from his ride. These pictures featured Deepika Padukone, Shakun Batra and Ananya Panday with a lovely sunset to watch. In the first picture, you can see Deepika, Siddhant and Shakun enjoying their ride, while in the next one Chaturvedi shared a silhouette image. The Shakun Batra directorial was reported to be shot in Sri Lanka. However, the schedule was called off due to the pandemic situation. Some part of the film was shot in Mumbai and Goa. The film is slated to be released by Valentines Day 2021. It is bankrolled by Karan Johar and Apoorva Mehta.
