Controversy queen Kangana Ranaut never fails a chance to grab the headlines. For more than a year, Kangana is not leaving a single chance to bash Bollywood celebs left, right, and center. After calling Alia Bhatt, Karan Johar’s puppet, the Manikarnika actress has once again launched an attack on the Raazi actress for her latest advertisement. A few days back, Alia received applauses for her new Kanyadaan ad. The ad was not only hailed by many, Alia’s bridal look was also talked about by one and all.
Well, soon after the ad grabbed everyone’s eyeballs for all the right reasons, Kangana took a dig at Alia Bhatt and the makers. The Thalaivii actress shared two posts on Instagram and asked makers to stop ‘manipulating naive consumer with shrewd divisive’. In her long posts, the actress spoke about rich Indian culture and said that such kinds of ads should be banned. The actress further wrote in her long Insta note that the way society looks at the concept of renunciation shows its core value system.

Kangana Ranaut also wrote about Marty’s father and said that after losing one son on the border that father had said on a Television that people should not worry as he has another son and, “uska bhi daan main iss dharti Maa ko dunga… Kanyadaan ho ya putradaan.” Speaking about the ad, in the clip, Alia Bhatt is seen talking about the old tradition of Kanyadaan. The actress is seen sitting in a mandap while she’s ready to leave for her husband’s house. In a long monologue, Alia asks, “Am I a thing to be donated? Why only kanyadaan?” The ad has been directed by Abhishek Varman, who directed Alia in the films 2 States and Kalank.

Earlier, Kangana had found it embarrassing when she was compared to Alia following which the former had called Bhatt’s performance in Gully Boy, ‘Mediocre’.
