Fighter: Hrithik Roshan And Deepika Padukone To Perform Breathtaking Stunts In Siddharth Anand’s Action Film

Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone will be next seen in Siddharth Anand’s action thriller Fighter. Siddharth is excited to be working with Hrithik again for the third time in Fighter, after Bang Bang and War. Fighter is reportedly a big deal as it has a budget of Rs 250 crore, and is said to be amongst the biggest action films of Bollywood

Siddharth Anand revealed in his recent interview with an online portal that Deepika Padukone will be seen doing lots of action scenes with Hrithik Roshan. Fighter has become the most anticipated film for audiences ever since it has been announced. The film is an Aerial action thriller, with Hrithik playing the role of an air force pilot for the first time on-screen. However, details on Deepika Padukone’s role have not been revealed yet. Siddharth spoke candidly that after War turned out to be a huge blockbuster, grossing over 300 crores, only in India, the expectation with Fighter is higher.

The shooting will go on the floors earlier next year in India. Siddharth Anand also added that he is not in a hurry and he just wants to give his audience a great experience that blows their mind, so that they come back to the theatres. As this action thriller will also have part two Siddharth Anand said that he is in no hurry as this is a big film and he needs time to plan and execute it in a proper way. Siddharth also revealed his observations and interesting changes in Hrithik’s style of acting over the years. Siddharth added about how differently Hrithik approaches his characters. In Bang Bang, he was a sucker for perfection, while in War, Hrithik wanted to see imperfection – whether it’s Hrithik’s hair or T-shirt not tucked in properly or his laces not tied or hair is messy hair, he is not bothered. Hrithik tells his team that he doesn’t want them to correct things as he doesn’t want it to be perfect.

Siddharth did a lot of ads with Hrithik and he believes that imperfection is what makes you perfect on screen. Hrithik lets go and becomes just organic to the character. The fact that a director is adding to his role and taking it beyond what he can do as an actor makes the actor trust the director more. Siddharth is happy that till now they have made a good pair and worked on good projects together.
