Aanand L Rai Reveals THESE Qualities Of Akshay Kumar; Says He Is The Essence Of Their Film

Following the success of Tanu Weds Manu, Ranjhaanaa, and Tanu Weds Manu Returns, Aanand L Rai is preparing to release his digital film, starring Sara Ali Khan, Dhanush, and Akshay Kumar. According to the filmmaker, the idea for the digital film has been with him and its screenplay partner Himanshu Sharma since 2014. It was only a notion, according to the director. They were not prepared with a constrained script in advance, as was customary.

He said that following Zero, they were discussing what to do next. Of all the ideas they had, their future film wasn’t the simplest to create, but Akshay Kumar was eager to go into this multi-layered subject, that deals with love in a challenging environment. As a result, they decided to embark on this exciting journey. And what compelled Akshay Kumar to embark on a difficult subject.  The filmmaker stated that he wanted to make the first step. He also claimed that the director wanted the encounter to be played on a challenging surface and that this screenplay met all of the criteria.

The film is fueled by a powerful cast led by Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush, with Akshay playing a pivotal part. According to the director,  Sara was a clear decision, since he wanted someone in that age bracket who didn’t have any problems. He’s taken a number of efforts and turned Sara into Rinku since her character has so much spark. Dhanush was always the alternate persona of this Tamilian child.

When questioned regarding Akshay Kumar, the filmmaker said that Akshay Kumar brings a really distinctive addition to the premise. He is the digital film’s soul. It’s a challenging position, and the filmmaker needed someone who stands out from the crowd. When it comes to screenplay selection, Akshay Kumar is courageous, and the director expressed gratitude for his willingness to step into the footsteps of this character.
