Parineeti Chopra is an actress who won millions of hearts from her first movie itself. She has received critical acclaim along with national awards within a year of making an entry into Bollywood. Often called "Bubbly" for her cheerful roles, the actress is expanding her horizons and skills with each project.
Parineeti was a very good student & was a topper in her class. She was, infact, an all-India topper in Economics in the 12th board exams. She moved to England for further studies, where she did her triple honors in business, finance & economics.
She was so learned that she took orientation classes for new students there. Along with her studies, Pari was working part-time with the Manchester United F.C. as the team leader of the catering department.
Parineeti envisioned herself working as a successful investment banker, but the 2009 recession brought her back to India and stayed with Priyanka in Mumbai.

She was asked to do a dummy audition in which she read Jab We Met lines. Her audition tape came across Aditya, and he signed her for three films.
She was working for Anushka Sharma, handling her meetings and interviews, and within three months, she was her co-actress. Her brilliant performance in her films won her many awards. Her friends told her she was a misfit for desk jobs. She was called the biggest strength in her movies till she started to fail.
Along with the failure of movies in 2014, she had a major breakup and fell into depression. The actress went into a shell and stopped interacting with people completely. She stayed locked & curled up in her bed, watching TV or sleeping and crying a lot. She had chest pain due to depression.
When she signed Meri Pyaari Bindu, she returned to being herself and took the experience as a lesson for life. She started working on herself & reconnected with her friends. Now, she can handle success as well as failure in her life.
Parineeti was criticized a lot for her weight. She, too, didn't feel confident enough about her body. Post her depression period, she started working on losing weight. Many people asked questions like, "did you succumb to bollywood pressure?"
While Pari does condone body shaming but at the same time, she believes working for the betterment of one's body is a responsibility. If Bollywood pressure made her lose weight, she has no qualms for the pressure she received for her betterment.
In 2015, the Haryana government made her the brand ambassador of the campaign, Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao. She is also the first Indian woman to be the ambassador for Friends of Australia, an advocacy panel to encourage tourism in Australia. She has proven her worth, as, since her appointment, the average influx of Indian visitors in Australia has increased by 21%.
Parineeti Chopra spoke for the JNU & AMU students beaten by Police during CAA protests. Her tweet lost her the ambassadorship of the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao campaign.
Parineeti Chopra does not like to call herself a feminist. She believes in equality for all, irrespective of their gender. She feels her views on equality confuse people for a feminist, but in reality, she's not. She is proud to be a woman and proud of her gender. She just strives to bring equality for people of all genders into the world.
Parineeti, in an event on martial arts, said that she used to go to school cycling and faced eve-teasing on her way. Her father used to accompany her to ensure she was safe. She added, she's sad that she didn't learn martial arts. In her statement, a schoolmate of hers felt that she was lying about being poor. He took to social media and called her out, to which Pari said that her statement was misconstrued.
Parineeti Chopra is an actress who strives to reach the same standard of work as PeeCee. The actress did get sidetracked in between, but she has come back stronger and shows that she's gonna stay for a time here.
