She has uploaded multiple videos of her workout on her Instagram handle, which show her exercising rigorously. Weights, cardio, squats, plank-she does it all. Besides a regular routine of working out, she also maintains a good diet to achieve her fitness goals.
Not only gym machines, but Mandira Bedi also has a workout pattern that involves a full day of dynamic exercises, as in exercises that burn calories, like jumping jacks, squats, and lunges. She has also uploaded a timelapse video on her Instagram, of her doing a whopping 1000 squats at a go!
