When Mrinalini talks about how women can also have the right to indulge in vices as men do, Gyanu’s mother is stunned and asks Gyanu’s sister to never listen to people like her. Even without giving it a thought, Mrinalini becomes the bad person here.

When Gyanu asks Kasi if he can start a radio station, Kasi tells him how much the other children, way younger than him, earn. As he is proud of it, it tells us how some parts of our society are still more likely to chose child labour over education.
