Kundali Bhagya 09 February 2021 Written Update: Karan defends Preeta against Akshay

In the previous episode of Kundali Bhagya, after apologising to Akshay’s family and leaving Preeta stranded, Kareena returns home with her family. Kareena loses her temper when Preeta arrives there. She scolds Preeta and asks her to leave at once. Preeta tries to explain that Akshay is not the person she is assuming her to be. Kareena throws Preeta’s bag and drags Preeta to the main door. Kareena asks Sherlyn to keep Preeta’s bag out and Dadi asks her to leave. Suddenly, Karan arrives there and loses her cool on seeing this. Kareena reveals about the issues due to Preeta and asks Kritika to keep out of it. Sherlyn suggests Karan to drop Preeta at her home. However, Karan shocks everyone by defending Preeta and taking her inside against everyone’s will. Preeta thanks Karan for being sweet to her, but he fails at professing his love to her. He asks her to get dressed for Kritika and Akshay’s wedding and hides the gifts for her. Sarla arrives during the wedding and tells Akshay’s mother that he must have gone somewhere. Sarla gets shocked to see her befitting reply and Preeta assures her that she will not let him marry Kritika. Sarla cautions Preeta that Karan’s lack of faith could hamper their relationship. Srishti and Sameer bring evidence against Akshay and give it to Preeta. A super-confident Akshay asks Kareena’s permission to let Preeta perform a ritual of his wedding.

In the latest episode of Kundali Bhagya, Akshay pretends  to be nice to Preeta before everyone. He requests Kareena to let Preeta perform a ritual during his and Kritika’s wedding. Kareena accepts it and asks Preeta to do so. Preeta secretly shows him some pictures of him with Ruchika and his son. Preeta threatens Akshay to confess about his wrongdoings before everyone or she will expose him. She also tells him about recording his conflict with Megha after they left from the hotel. A frightened Akshay begins to think of ways to escape the situation. Srishti and Preeta look at each other and recall how they had visited Ruchika and convinced her to help them expose Akshay’s plan. Ruchika, who was shocked to hear about Megha, remains stunned when she learns that Akshay is planning to leave India after getting Kritika’s wealth. As warned earlier, Preeta begins a countdown and keeps showing fingers to him. Akshay’s mother walks up to Preeta and questions her about threatening Akshay. Preeta tells Akshay to confess his wrongdoings or she will begin to show the evidence against him. Akshay says that he is innocent and Preeta has always been trying to frame him. He calls off the wedding and says that he does not want to prove himself right anymore. Rakhi and Kritika request Preeta not to create a ruckus today and leave her doubts aside. Meanwhile, Ruchika arrives there and she keeps watching the whole spectacle.

She does not react and keeps watching the matter go to another level. Preeta questions Akshay’s character and shows his pictures with Ruchika to Kareena. However, Kareena throws the pictures into a ‘havan kund’. A restless Preeta tries to take out the pictures but Karan saves her from getting her hands burnt.  Karan warns Preeta to stop doing anything that affects this wedding. Everyone gets shocked to see Karan’s anger. Akshay calls off the wedding and says that a lot of people don’t want him to be married to Kritika. Soon, Srishti comes near the wedding canopy and calls him an unworthy man. She tries to show the video that is in her phone. However, Akshay pretends to lose temper and deliberately throws her phone on the floor. Srishti shouts at him for breaking her phone and he says that he losing more than her at the moment. He consoles Kritika and says that he cannot continue this relationship anymore. He begins to shout at Preeta and Karan loses his cool. He holds Akshay by his collar and warns him not to misbehave with Preeta. Karan immediately tries to calm him down and tells him to forget everything and marry Kritika. Ruchika walks away after this and begins to leave the Luthra house. Karan asks Preeta about the truth that she wants to reveal. Akshay quickly cuts the conversation by saying that Karan and Preeta are just creating a scene. Akshay asks Kritika to forget everything and move on and she keeps requesting him to stop.
