Maari 01 September 2023 Upcoming Stories: Tara’s Arrogance

In the next episode of Maari, Tara pretends to be happy for Surya, who tells the family that Devi visited him. Later, a vicious Tara stands before Devi’s picture and arrogantly says that she will send Surya and Maari to her, and if she fails to do so she will not think a moment about killing the unborn baby if Maari conceives.

In the previous episode of Maari, Sankarapandi and Sreeja grumble while decorating Murugan’s room. Murugan scolds Sankarapandi for spreading jasmine flowers instead of roses. Sankarapandi and Sreeja complain to Tara about Murugan. Tara is shocked to see Jasmine dressed for the nuptial night. Jasmine is not able to bear Surya and Maari going to Switzerland for honeymoon. Tara assures Jasmine that she will stop Maari and Surya from going on the trip. Jasmine brings a whip to teach Murugan a lesson for marrying her. She tells Tara and Sankarapandi that no matter what happens no one should come to help Murugan. Maari enjoys seeing Devi’s childhood picture album. Surya tells Maari to pack the things required for the trip. Surya admires Maari as she sleeps.

Back in Murugan’s room, Murugan speaks lovingly to Jasmine and sings a song to her. He gets irritated when Jasmine refuses to utter a word. Murugan is shocked to see the whip in Jasmine’s hand. Jasmine lashes out at Murugan for marrying her and tries to whip him, but to her dismay, Murugan holds the whip and condemns her. He then whips Jasmine to break her arrogance. Sankarapandi and Sreeja wait outside the room and hear Jasmine wailing with pain. Sreeja tells Sankarapandi to knock on the door and rescue Jasmine. But Sankarapandi tells her that Murugan is posing as Jasmine and crying. Murugan warns Jasmine to mend her ways. In the night, Devi in the form of the little girl calls out to Surya, who is happy to meet her and hugs her. Later, Devi and Surya spend time together.
