Maari 23 November 2023 Written Update : Will Devi’s Spirit Succeed in Protecting Maari?

In the previous episode of Maari, Mohini thinks of a plan to send Surya out of the house, in order to harm Maari. Accordingly, she pretends to be stung by a scorpion and wails loudly. Believing Mohini, Maari gets pensive when she spots the wound on her leg. Surya decides to go and get medicine for Mohini. Citing Surya’s departure from the house, Tara calls the Shanmugham and asks him to stop Surya from reaching the house. Aravind and Jasmine are delighted when Mohini successfully executes her plan. Back home, Mohini tries to stab Maari but a divine power protects her. Tara and Jasmine watching Maari through a magical mirror are left stunned to see a divine power protecting Maari from Mohini. The duo seeks Gorakh’s help to hatch a plan to harm Maari. Accordingly, Gorakh through his powers realises that the divine power in the house is protecting Maari and orders Mohini to take her out of the house on a pretext. Mohini lies to Maari when she questions her about her whereabouts. Mohini cleverly gives Maari a rare flower as a token of thanks and asks her to smell it. Unaware of the lurking danger, Maari smells the flower and faints. Jasmine and Tara are overjoyed to see Maari’s plight. Elsewhere, Surya chases the masked man but, in the interim, realises that there is a threat to Maari’s life and rushes back home. As instructed by Gorakh, Mohini takes an unconscious Maari out of the house. Surya reaches home and looks for Maari and approaches the neighbour when he fails to find her. Later, Gorakh instructs Mohini to bury Maari alive.

In the next episode of Maari,  Gorakh instructs Mohini to bury Maari alive. Tara and Jasmine are delighted to see Maari’s plight. Aravind rubbishes off Sankarapandi’s claim when he tells that a divine power will help Maari. Surya looks frantically for Maari and reaches his house. On reaching home, Surya enquires about Maari and narrates the turn of events to Hasini. On hearing Surya’s story, Jagdish suspects the mask-clad man. Hasini and Jagdish pacify a worried Surya. Parvathy and Hasini pray to the deity to help Surya find Maari. Hasini pleads at the deity to safeguard Maari. While looking for Maari, Surya spots the hermit and tells him everything, and seeks his help to locate Maari.

The hermit with his powers discovers the truth and tells Surya that the woman in distress, who approached him for help is not an ordinary woman, but a Mohini. He further Surya that Mohini has come up with a plan to kill Maari and the baby. Surya is shocked to learn about Mohini and seeks the hermit’s help to locate Maari. The hermit prays to God and tells Surya to proceed in the East direction to locate Maari, and save her. Meanwhile, Mohini digs a deep pit to bury Maari alive. The hermit tells God to protect Maari and destroy the negative energy. Tara scolds Sankarapandi when he fears that a divine power will protect Maari. As advised by the hermit, Surya proceeds in East direction in search of Maari. Gorakh tells Mohini to dig the pit fast.

Tara and the others are shocked to see Devi’s spirit near Maari. Tara and Jasmine lament to Gorakh when Devi’s spirit takes Maari away. At Tara’s behest, Gorakh instructs Mohini to attack Devi’s spirit. Meanwhile, Devi’s spirit brings an unconscious Maari to Poovelli Mariamma’s temple and prays to the goddess to protect Maari. The hermit, Hasini, and Jagdish pray for Maari and the baby’s safety. Devi’s spirit faces Mohini as she attacks her.
