Malavika Mohanan proves that she is not just a pretty face but also a brave girl

The petite southern beauty, Malavika Mohanan, is a known face in the Malayalam, Tamil, and Hindi Film Industries, and her acting skills have been appreciated by the masses along with her captivating looks in various movies like ‘Pattan Pole’, released in 2013, opposite Dalquer Salman, under the direction of Rico Alapan and Azhagappan, ‘Beyond The Clouds’, ‘Nirnnayakam’ by V.K Prakash, ‘The Great Father’ starring opposite Mammootty in the lead which was all released in the year 2017.

Though some films got mixed responses, the songs, Malavika’s dance moves, and acting were praise-worthy. Her acting prowess was noteworthy in her Bollywood debutante film, ‘Beyond The Clouds’, as Tara, and since then Malavika has been filling the space with her different projects and on the move from the Bollywood hub to the Southern state of Hyderabad and other places for her shoots.

Malavika is now being cast in the Bollywood flick ‘Yudhra’, post the wrap-up of Dhanush’s ‘Maaran’.  The Bollywood film has been conceptualized by and under the direction of  Ravi Udyawar with the dialogues been done by none other but Farhan Akhtar and the screenplay completed by Raghavan Shridhar.

‘Yudhra’ promises to be a romantic, action thriller, with co-star Siddhant Chaturvedi, in the lead, and it is during the shoot of one such sequence that Malavika got injured, on sets. Well, while the injury of hers raised to worry and sympathy from her fan base, as soon as she had taken to her instagram stories to share a cute little picture of hers showing the wound. But Malavika’s response was that of a professional on the move.  She posted, “When you are shooting for an action film and bruises start feeling like little scratches after a point”.

Malavika’s love for her role and her happy state can be judged from her post, and this proves once again that behind a beautiful face, Malavika is also a brave girl, who is all set to make a mark in the industry with her acting skills.

While the shooting is underway in Portugal, with picturesque locales and a 2022 summer release, Yudhra will be on the lookout for the coming year.
