MumBhai Title Track Will Surely Be The New Mumbai Anthem; Watch

Angad Bedi’s Mumbhai #PowerKaGame is all set to premiere on ZEE5. The ZEE5 original series recently dropped its title track which is a rap song for Mumbai Police. The catchy rap song is an amalgamation of Marathi and Hindi lyrics.

The ZEE5 original series Mumbhai’s makers recently dropped the title track of the series. It mainly focuses on the Mumbai Police and the bond of Angad Bedi‘s Bhaskar Shetty and Sikander Kher’s Rama Shetty. The lyrics start with rapper crew MAPULS saying that the real ‘Bhailog’ of Mumbai are here. The song gives a warning to all the goons to stay in their limits or they will be arrested by the police.

It is a song from the point of view of Bhaskar’s character who says that people shouldn’t be acting too over-smart in this city and carry out ill practices. He also adds that his target is never wrong neither is his gunshot. The song mentions that the police encounter specialist believes in carrying put encounters and not wasting time in arresting the criminals.

The chorus especially will make you groove as it goes,” Mumbai Sheher hai yeh, Bachke Tu rehne be. Jo there Saath hai yaha voh bhi jaanlewa re” The scene focuses on Rama and Bhaskar’s friendship saying that even your friend could turn out to be your enemy in this city. In one of the scenes, we see Rama and Bhaskar pointing the gun at each other which reveals that the series will have a major twist in the tale.

The video of the title track is as action-packed as the trailer of the series. Bhaskar is seen doing what he is best at, hunting for criminals and shooting them down. The unique fusion of Marathi and Hindi lyrics make the song even more fun and more ‘Mumbaish’. The song concludes with the rapper saying, “Sabki Vaat Lagane Arele Hai Mumbhai” which means that Mumbhai is here to destroy all the criminals. The video reveals the entry of Parth Samthaan’s character which hasn’t been revealed yet.

The Mumbhai cast includes Sandeepa Dhar, Sunny Hinduja and Madhurima Roy along with Sikander Kher and Angad Bedi. The plot revolves around Bhaskar who ran away from his hometown and grew up as an orphan in Mumbai. From a waiter in a restaurant, he becomes a police officer who over the years manages to carry out more than 80 encounters and creates a name amongst the Mumbai police and the underworld.
