Pavitra Rishta 2: Ankita Lokhande Celebrates The Premiere Of The Show With Her ‘Real-Life’ Manav Aka Vicky Jain; Couple Sings Show’s Title Track

Ankita Lokhande and Shaheer Sheikh starrer Pavitra Rishta 2.0 has premiered on Zee5 yesterday. The show has received a massive positive response and Ankita Lokhande as Archana will give you nostalgia if you have followed the first season of Pavitra Rishta. Well, Ankita’s boyfriend Vicky Jain recently surprised her with cakes as he celebrated her show ‘Pavitra Rishta 2.0.’

Ankita has shared a small glimpse from her celebration and has given a special tribute to beau Vicky Jain. In this video, Ankita is seen cutting the cake while she sang Pavitra Rishta’s title track. After which, Ankita goes ahead to feed beau Vicky Jain a piece of the cake and is seen saying ‘Cheers to my real-life Manav.’ Sharing glimpses of this small celebration, Ankita thanked everyone for their love support, and appreciation and also marked the date of the release of Pavitra Rishta 2.0.

Well, talking about Pavitra Rishta 2.0, the show is a sequel to Ankita Lokhande and the late Sushant Singh Rajput’s popular show ‘Pavitra Rishta.’ Both Ankita and Sushant rose to fame from their portrayal of Manav and Archana and were loved deeply by their fans. The news of the sequel of this show and on-boarding Shaheer Sheikh as Manav did not go very well with the fans of Sushant Singh Rajput and the makers received a lot of flak for this move. However, later Shaheer Sheikh came forward and stated that the show is a tribute to the legacy of the late Sushant Singh Rajput.

Shaheer and Ankita were also seen requesting the audience to watch their show and to also recommend it to their friends recently in an Instagram post. Apart from Shaheer and Ankita, Randeep Rai, Ashima Vardhan, and Usha Nadkarni too are seen in the show in pivotal roles.

On the work front, Ankita Lokhande was last seen in Kangana Ranaut starrer Manikarnika where she played the role of Jhalkaribai. Shaheer Sheikh can currently be seen in Kuch Rang Pyaar Ke Aise Bhi Season 3 opposite Erica Fernandes.
