In the previous episode of Sembaruthi, the old contractors meet Parvathy and apologise to her. Akhila praises Parvathy for her intelligence. Parvathy plans to celebrate the day Akhila took over the responsibilities of Adikadavoor.

In the next episode of Sembaruthi, Vanaja and Aishwarya are in for a shock as Akhila tells everyone that Parvathy should perform the rituals for the function. Parvathy, on the other hand, requests Akhila to excuse her, but Akhila insists that Parvathy must perform the rituals and distribute the gifts. Akhila’s decision makes Arun happy. When everyone at home discusses Akhila’s decision, Gajendran walks in and hands Adithya the tender letter. The latter examines the documents and suggests they do not make a tender offer. Aishwarya disagrees with Adithya. She decides to take Akhila’s opinion about the same and leaves the house.

Aishwarya visits Akhila in jail and informs her about Adithya’s decision to not send a quotation for the tender. Akhila agrees with Adithya’s decision and this upsets Aishwarya, who tries to convince Akhila that the tender will bring fame and reputation to their company. After some hesitation, Akhila agrees and instructs Aishwarya to do as she pleases. Aishwarya jumps for joy and is about to leave when she stops. Then, she asks Akhila if she can give the gifts to the staff instead of Parvathy, in case she manages to bag the tender. Akhila smirks but agrees to Aishwarya’s proposal.

Vanaja watches Aishwarya sing happily in her home. Vanaja asks her for the reason for her happiness. Aishwarya tells her about all that happened at the prison and how Akhila agreed to let her distribute the gifts. Vanaja offers her support to Aishwarya in order to bag the tender. Thus, Vanaja meets the PA of the Collector and offers bribes. The PA happily agrees to help Vanaja bag the tender.

Parvathy approaches Aishwarya the next morning at work and asks her what amount she will be quoting to bag the tender. Aishwarya mocks her with arrogance. Later, Gajendran walks into Aishwarya’s cabin and he too asks for the quotation amount. Aishwarya tells him that she will be quoting INR 100 crore for the tender. Gajendran advises her not to quote INR 100 crore for a contract worth INR 700 crore. A furious Aishwarya slaps Gajendran for advising her about the tender.
