Sembaruthi 27 January 2022 Written Update: Akhila helps Parvathy complete the ritual

In the previous episode of Sembaruthi, Akhila tells Parvathy to pour oil into the lamp as it is about to extinguish.  Adithya questions Akhila the reason for her gloominess and is shocked when Pattamma informs him that Akhila is observing a fast for Parvathy.  Akhila refuses to eat despite Adithya’s compulsion and tells him that she will break the fast after Parvathy completes the ritual successfully. Nandini challenges Arun when he answers Vanaja’s phone. Later, Nandini sends her men to stop Parvathy from performing the ritual.

In the next episode of Sembaruthi, Akhila and the family visit the temple, where Akhila keeps the sacred pot on Parvathy’s head to commence the ritual and guides Parvathy on how to complete the puja. Elsewhere, Vanaja manages to call Nandini and inform her about Arun locking her in a room, but the call gets disconnected. As instructed by Nandini, her goons arrive at the temple and create trouble for Parvathy to stop the rituals. Adithya and Arun discover Nandini’s treachery and batter the goons while Parvathy continues with the rituals. Akhila and Sundaram also bash the goons..

Soon after, a goon spreads shards of glass to bring obstacles for Parvathy. When Parvathy gets hurt, Akhila bends down and removes the glass pieces from Parvathy’s feet. Akhila then walks on the glass pieces to guide Parvathy safely, which leaves Parvathy teary-eyed. Akhila is delighted when Parvathy completes the ritual. Arun and Adithya notice the bruises on Akhila’s feet. Parvathy falls at Akhila’s feet when the priest asks her to offer prayers before the deity.

Later that night, Parvathy notices Akhila in deep pain and tends to her bruises. Adithya watches this as he enters the room. Parvathy expresses her heartfelt gratitude to Akhila for helping her complete the puja. Akhila is deeply touched as Parvathy regards her as her mother and praises her for all her love. Akhila persuades Parvathy to eat food to break her fast and scolds her for refusing to eat. Arun and Adithya are happy to see the bonding between Akhila and Parvathy. Adithya and Arun serve food to Akhila and Parvathy.
