Today, 28th January marks Shruti Haasan’s 36th birthday, and the actress has been inundated with birthday greetings. Her friends and family, as well as a slew of celebrities, have shown their love for her on social media. The creators of ‘Salaar,’ which co-stars Prabhas in the main role, presented her first look poster from the pan-Indian film on the occasion of lead actress Shruti Haasan’s special day. Aadya is the name given to the actress.
Director Prashanth Neel published the poster on his official Twitter account, in which Shruti looks stunning in a simple kurta. “Shruti Haasan, happy birthday! Thank you so much for being a part of hashtag Salaar and adding some colour to the sets!” The caption was written by Neel.
Shruti’s sister, Akshara Haasan, also wished her a happy birthday. “It’s her birthday, it’s her birthday, Woop Woop,” she captioned a delightful vintage image of the two sisters. Prabhas also wished her starlet a happy birthday on his Instagram account. He dropped the poster and scribbled, Wishing my vivacious heroine Shruti Haasan, the set’s spirit bomb, a very happy birthday! hashtag Salaar.
Salaar, Prabhas’ impending magnum masterpiece, is slated to introduce theatres shortly. Hombale Films is producing the film, which is a pan-India effort. According to reports, the South actor would portray a violent character, something he hasn’t done in any of his previous flicks.
Salaar will be shot in Telugu and Kannada at the same time and will be converted into Hindi, Tamil, and Malayalam. Vijay Kiragandur produced the film, and Ravi Basrur composed the music. This will be director Prashanth Neel’s third work with Hombale Films, following the KGF series. The film’s release date has yet to be determined. The film, starring Shruti Haasan and Prabhas, will be released in theatres on April 14th.
