Given the fact that Munni always lacked the presence of her own parents thinking they were dead, she only had Nikhil to go to for any and every parental concern. Although Nikhil is not Munni’s biological father, the two always bonded within a father-daughter relationship since the beginning as Munni’s parents were never around. While Munni called him her Papa throughout the past 18 years of her life, Nikhil did justice to this position as a father figure.

From taking care of Munni’s tiniest demands to always being resourceful at the time of any need for her, Nikhil did it all. He never let her feel the absence of her biological parents with his unconditional fatherhood for the now-young-adult Munni. In a recent episode, Nikhil was seen conversing with Munni when he revealed how he never failed to get her the things she wanted even before she had to ask for them.
But being a father does not just mean getting your child the materialistic things they desire as they grow up. It also means teaching them the right values and morals, uplifting them during their lows, helping them achieve their goals, and much more. All of this, Nikhil always did for Munni without fail. When Munni declared that she did not want to study much and wanted to join the family business to be like Nikhil and Sunaina, he openly accepted it without any complaints. Nikhil supported her dream without any hesitation at all.

Being a doting father to Munni, Nikhil always stood by her side through things. Even when Munni complained about things and demanded more freedom or privacy, Nikhil willingly gave it to her but also made her understand the importance of elders having some control over her life. He never turned harsh or forceful about things, instead, he set her free with the right pieces of advice.
