Taapsee Pannu Opens Up About Her Insecurities And Appearance; DEETS INSIDE

Taapsee Pannu has opened up about her views on beauty before she became famous as an actress. The performer stands out with her curly hair and stunning features, yet she claims to be different from the actors on television.

Taapsee felt self-conscious about her unusual appearance and even tried a chemical treatment to straighten her curly hair. In an interview with a leading entertainment magazine, she stated that how she was the polar antithesis of everything she believed for. She lacked the huge ‘doe eyes,’ as well as an exquisite, tiny nose. People referred to her as having a huge, regal nose. She didn’t have lovely lips or the type of straight, silky hair that actors swung about. She had curly hair and recalls observing that none of the actresses on television had hair that was like her. So, while still in school, she went to a salon and had her hair chemically straightened twice using the horrible chemical treatments that were available at the time. Her hair was entirely damaged as a result of this. She was initially irritated by her limp ends with curly parts sprouting on top, and she was shocked when her hair began to fall out.

She went on to say that she did not suit the usual beauty standards. And for many years, she tried and failed horribly to transform herself. Until she eventually realized that she needed to live with and enjoy what she had today; she realized how lovely it is to love ourselves the way we are.

This year marks Taapsee’s eighth year in Bollywood. The actress made her Telugu film debut in Jhummandi Naadam in 2010, and her Bollywood debut in David Dhawan’s 2013 comedy, Chashme Baddoor. Her next appearance will be in Shabaash Mithu. Taapsee will play the part of cricketer Mithali Raj in the film.
