Nandini challenges Arun that she will stop Parvathy from completing the rituals. She sends goons to stop Parvathy from performing the ritual. As instructed by Nandini, her goons arriving at the temple create trouble for Parvathy to stop her rituals. Adithya and Arun discover Nandini’s treachery. A goon spreads broken glass pieces to stop Parvathy, but Akhila removes the glass pieces from Parvathy’s feet. Akhila then walks on the glass pieces to guide Parvathy, which leaves Parvathy teary-eyed.
A heartbroken Parvathy informs Guruji about Akhila’s condition. Parvathy is taken aback when Guruji tells her that she has worshipped the wrong deity. Guruji asks Parvathy to worship ‘Kalabhairavar’, who can save Akhila.
Vanaja doubts the burqa-clad woman, who reaches the Adikadavoor House to treat Adithya. She forcefully takes off the veil from her face and this leaves the woman upset. Akhila meets Dr Meheroonisa and requests her to send the woman back to treat Adithya. Parvathy disguised as Shabana goes to the Adikadavoor House with Adithya.
Akhila is aghast and rushes to the hospital on learning about Adithya's accident. Parvathy too rushes to the hospital on hearing the news. She further seeks Dr. Meheroonisa's help for help recover a comatose Adithya.
Nandini is mad at Vanaja as she believes that Vanaja deceived her. But Vanaja tells her the truth as to how she was ticked by Adithya. Later, Adithya and Parvathy miss each other and recollect an incident from the past.
Adithya and Arun start questioning Vanaja about the theft of the 'Margathalingam'. They confuse Vanaja to an extent where she blurts out Nandini's name. Meanwhile, the auto-rickshaw driver takes Parvathy and Kavitha to an isolated place.
The family worries for Akhila as she goes missing but later finds her at their old house. Parvathy accompanies Kavitha, a blind girl to her exam center.
As Akhila prays near the snake hill at the temple, Parvathy watches her. She covers her face with mud and approaches Akhila. She helps Akhila by placing the egg in the snake pit as part of the ritual. Soon, Purushothaman recovers.
As advised by Mariamma, Parvathy visits an asylum. She feeds Pongal to the inmates of the asylum, but no one blesses her. She finally falls at an inmate's feet. Meanwhile, Akhila rushes a man to the hospital and donates her blood to him.
Parvathy watches the news about Akhila on the TV. Mariamma advises Parvathy the remedy for Akhila's 'Chandra Dosham'. Akhila argues with Purushithaman as he asks Akhila to release an apology video for the press.
