Travis Scott must meet certain conditions, according to Texas attorney John Werner, in order to be found accountable for the sad deaths of nine concertgoers

Travis Scott, 30, maybe face “hundreds of millions” of dollars in damages as a result of lawsuits filed and pending against him and others in the aftermath of the tragic AstroWorld festival catastrophe in Houston, Texas, on Nov. 5. According to Texas attorney John Werner of Reaud, Morgan & Quinn, it might take “years” to negotiate a settlement and recompense victims. Despite the fact that attorney Werner is not currently representing anyone who was present at the event, he insists that those who have a “very strong” case. However, several variables will be considered before an award amount is determined.

We don’t know if Travis Scott had any contractual sway on the performance. It’s possible he signed a contract stating that he was the only one who could stop the programme. “Perhaps the contract he signed stipulated that only the security or the promoter could halt the event,” attorney Werner speculated. Despite the fact that the cause of the accident is yet unknown, Travis, rapper Drake, 35, as well as LiveNation and NRG Park, among others, have been named in lawsuits brought by the families of those murdered or wounded.

After issuing a comment on Twitter on the Astroworld tragedy, in which he indicated that he was “completely devasted” by the incident, in which he stated that he was “totally devasted” by the incident, which reportedly killed 8 concert-goers, the Rapper took to Instagram to provide a video message. ‘I could never imagine something like this happening,’ says the rapper in the video.

On his Instagram stories, the rapper/singer shared a series of videos on how he’s assisting victims’ families during this tough time. The rapper sent his sympathy to the victims of the tragedy.
