Bollywood has been filled with gorgeous ladies who have stunned the screens and ruled the hearts of Indians everywhere. But one or two actresses could make it to Hollywood and stay there! First was Aishwarya Rai. She became a known face internationally for her beauty and starred in a couple of Hollywood films as well. Then came Priyanka Chopra, and well, she decided to stand her ground and become a global icon. In this throwback video, a journalist had asked Priyanka what she thought about Kareena Kapoor’s statement about her Hollywood status. Take a look at how Priyanka responded to Kareena!

When Kareena was asked about Hollywood projects etc., she mentioned that she is not as brave and bold to take such big career decisions, but she is extremely proud of Priyanka for doing so. She also mentioned that she really appreciates Priyanka for becoming a true global icon and for putting India on the map! Hearing this, Priyanka said that she was very grateful for Kareena’s support and she wishes her all the best in life. As the two have acted together in the film Don, she even mentioned that words like these from colleagues are what give her the courage to keep doing what she does!

Priyanka Chopra got her first big break with Quantico, a television drama series and from there, it was looking back for Peecee in Hollywood. She received a lot of love from her American fans and she later went on to even star in other films like Baywatch.

Priyanka has even forayed into production and will be producing a lot of content as well for her international audience.
