Vidyut Jammwal’s Sweet Gesture For An Army Personnel Is Winning Hearts

A few days ago, the whole nation celebrated ‘Kargil Vijay Diwas’ while paying glowing tributes to the Indian army. Apart from Kargil heroes, this special day also honours the army men who are based in different regions, serving the nation. On this occasion, many Bollywood celebs were seen paying tributes to the ‘real-life heroes’. And quite similarly, Vidyut Jammwal’s sweet gesture towards an army personnel has become the talk of the internet.

Recently, Vidyut Jammwal was spotted at the Mumbai airport. Upon seeing him, the paps amassed clicking the actor. However, it was Vidyut’s sweet gesture for an army man that grabbed everyone’s attention. The actor entered the lobby while greeting the personnel with “Jai Hind”. Vidyut also posed with him for a picture. And the video of the same is doing rounds all over the internet. For his airport look, ‘The Power’ actor went with an all-casual look. He was dressed in his trademark olive shirt paired with the same coloured pants.

Well, Vidyut shares a great bond with the Indian army. He has undergone several training sessions with the army personnel. A few years ago, a video of the actor’s push-ups challenge with the military men had gone viral over the internet.

In terms of the professional front, Vidyut recently introduced fans to his production house ‘Action Hero Films’. He has turned a producer for the project ‘IB 71’ wherein he will play the lead role. The film is being helmed by Sankalp Reddy and is co-produced by Reliance Entertainment. Though nothing more about the project is revealed, Vidyut had promised “quality” filmmaking for his fans.

Apart from IB 71, the actor is busy with a couple of film projects in his work kitty including ‘Sanak’. His last screen appearance was in ZEE5’s ‘The Power’. It was a gangster drama set in the 90s and also featured Shruti Haasan in lead.
