Wow Wednesday: Children’s Park actor Dhruvan’s emotional message on his body transformation is indeed inspiring

Check out Dhruvan’s inspiring video of his body transformation that has become the talk of the town.

Actors often put themselves in tough positions for various character transformations and actor Dhruvan just surprised his fans with one such transformation. The Children’s Park actor took to Instagram to share a video of his transformation from “FAT TO FIT”. The video instantly went viral as fellow actors and fans rushed to shower love on the actor.

In what is an inspirational video, the actor can be seen narrating the story of his transformation with actual footage of him working out. The video shows Dhruvan straining himself, going through a tough workout routine to turn fit. Thanking his personal trainer, the actor wrote, “BODY TRANSFORMATION. Thank you @shyjanaugustine and @catamountgym for making me confident about my body and giving me the best transformation,” under the video.

Narrating his inspiring story, Dhruvan talks about his struggle from the start of the journey when he weighed around 90 kg. The actor says that he began his journey to a fitter self for a role in the Mammootty starrer period movie Mamangam. However, the role was later handed to Unni Mukundan.

While preparing for the character required, the actor went through rigorous workout sessions followed by 5 to 6 hours of Kalari practice and other light training sessions. According to the actor, the routine asked a lot from him and he committed to it wholeheartedly. Ending the video, the actor goes on to say, “it all paid off when I began to notice the change in my body and was motivated even more after watching my muscles bulge out for the first time.”

The video, with light yet powerful music playing in the background, was shared by his fans and celebrities alike. While many poured in to congratulate him for the success, others said that he has inspired them to start working out. Actor Kunchacko Boban was one of the firsts to share the video on his page. On the work front, Dhruvan will be next seen in B. Unnikrishnan’s Aarratt sharing screen with his idol, Mohanlal.
