Yeu Kashi Tashi Me Nandayla: Nalu’s Take On ‘Girl-Boy Friendship’ Prompts Omkar To Break Ties with Sweetu

A LOT of drama has been going on in Yeu Kashi Tashi Me Nandayla lately. Malvika’s hateful words have managed to cause a rift between Shaku and Nalu. Now, it seems as if her words will take a toll on Omkar and Sweetu’s friendship as well. As it turns out, Malvika does not want the Salvis and Khanvilkars to have any sort of relations anymore. While Omkar and Shaku oppose this, Nalu has given in to her demands. Read ahead.

Malvika has always insulted the Salvis for being poor and for not being up to their ‘status’. Initially, her words would not affect the Salvis a lot and they would never react. But, her criticism just kept on increasing and Nalu could not handle it anymore. Feeling utterly humiliated and insulted, she has now decided that Omkar and Sweetu cannot be friends anymore.

In the promo, Omkar can be seen visiting the Salvis for finding his mother. Nalu stops him at the entrance and tells him Shaku isn’t there. She also tells him not to call or visit Sweetu anymore. She explains to Omkar that her society will never understand the friendship between a girl and a boy. If they find out about their friendship, nobody will want to marry Sweetu. She politely asks him to leave and never contact Sweetu again.

Omkar understands Nalu’s concern and promises her that he’ll never try to reach Sweetu again. He says ‘dosti ke liye kuch bhi‘ and bids goodbye. Meanwhile, Sweetu listens to their entire conversation and cries in silence. The whole scene is quite emotional to watch.

What to expect ahead

With Nalu’s self-respect getting crushed by Malvika and Omkar leaving Sweetu for her good, things may get quite rocky between the two families. It is possible that Omkar and Sweetu don’t talk for a very long time. It is also possible that Shaku finds a solution to fix everything.
