Section Eight: The Eliminators

Section Eight is an English film packed with a lot of action and a thriller plot. A man values many things in his life, but for him, nothing is more valuable than his family. But what happens if someone takes his family away from him? If such a thing happens, they have nothing to lose and can take any measures to avenge them.

The plot of Section Eight revolves around a group of assassins assigned to eliminate the people considered threats by their organization. It doesn’t matter who they are or where they are. No one can hide from this group as long as they are on their hit list. Christian Sesma is the director of this film and this film is produced by Brandon Burrows.

The Cast of Section Eight consists of Ryan Kwanten as Jake Atherton, Dolph Lundgren as Tom Mason, Dermot Mulroney as Sam Ramsey, Scott Adkins as Leonard Locke, Mickey Rourke as Earl Atherton, and other supporting cast members.

Section Eight Plot

Jake used to be a special forces agent who survived the US war against the Taliban in Afghanistan. After surviving such a disastrous moment, he chose to retire from the special forces and live a sweet and happy life with his family while working at an auto shop as a mechanic. 

The shop is owned by a former gang member, which led to some problems he had to face from time to time. It was fine as it didn’t affect him that much, but that was until one day when his family got involved in it, and both his son and wife died during that incident. 

This breaks Jake mentally and emotionally, and from there he sets on his journey to avenge his family and goes to the base of the people behind their deaths. He single-handedly defeats them all and brutally annihilates them all. He is then sent to prison for murder, and according to him, he doesn’t regret his actions a bit as he has lost everything in his life. 

But one day, everything changed as a similar face appeared right before him. His former commanding officer Tom Mason came to visit him in prison, and his motive behind this sudden visit is unexpected. Tom is part of a secret association called ‘The Section Eight’, a group of top-class trained assassins who are assigned missions to eliminate threats to the world regardless of where they live or who they are. According to Tom, Jason will be a wasted potential if they leave him in prison, thus recruiting him into his team. What adventures will Jason in this group of assassins go through, and will it be as simple as it sounds?
