This is the first time that Vikrant Massey and Kriti Kharbanda are paired opposite each other. The film has been produced by Zee Studios, directed by Devanshu Singh and written by Manoj Kalwani. And not just Vikrant and Kriti, this all new romantic comedy also stars Gauahar Khan and Jameel Khan in very important roles.

The story of 14 Phere

Vikrant Massey plays the role of Sanjay, a Rajput boy from Jahanabad which is well known for honour killings. He is in love with his college sweetheart Aditi, who hails from Jaipur. She is a Jat and has a father and elder brother who would kill to keep their honour. But Sanjay and Aditi are determined to get married. So they hatch a plan and get a set of fake parents. The idea is simple, project Aditi as a Rajput girl to Sanjay’s parents and to show Aditi’s parents that Sanjay is a Jat boy. So two weddings will have to be conducted, post which they plan to elope to the US.

“Halfway through reading the script, I felt a range of emotions. I was so invested in Aditi and Sanjay and couldn’t wait to know could happen next. The intrigue I felt, reassured me that it was a kickass script and would make for super entertaining movie!
